What you’ll do:

• Lead a skilled team of engineers and technicians, ensuring top-notch installation, maintenance, and repair of heating systems (boilers, central heating, heat pumps, and more).
• Drive compliance and safety—keep us ahead of regulations and champion best practice.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and procurement for maximum value.
• Shape our future: support decarbonisation and energy efficiency, and help us transition to low-carbon heating.
• Be the go-to expert for colleagues, contractors, and residents.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience managing heating services or mechanical engineering operations.
• Strong technical knowledge and relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, Gas Safe).
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in public sector or housing is a plus.
